What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is therapy whilst under hypnosis.

Hypnosis is when you are in a very deep relaxed state of mind almost similar to meditation.


I guide you in to an hypnotic trans through the use of words, phrases, imagination and sometimes music.


I do this by creating a script individual to your personality.

This will then enable me to work directly with your subconscious mind to find the answers.


Hypnosis is not counseling or psychotherapy. It engages the natural power of your conscious mind, so that you can make the needed changes to your thought, feelings and behaviours.


Hypnosis has nothing to do with controlling you.

Infact its about you gaining back the control of your life.

How long will it take to notice and see changes?


This depends on the type of change you want to make, majority of my clients notice a positive change after the first session.

Changes are normally made in between two to four sessions.
